No. If you already have anti-virus software on your computer you need no further protection.

If I am the first to buy an e-mail address in a domain and I buy 4 addresses, do I still have to pay $17.50 per address?

No.  If as a result of your purchase your domain moves from one LEVEL to another, you pay the per address price of the LEVEL your domain will be in after your purchase. So if you are the first to buy an address in a domain, and you buy 4 addresses, then your domain would be a LEVEL 3 instead of a LEVEL 1 and the per address price would be $9.50. Can I purchase an e-mail address for more than one year at a time?

Yes, you can but it may cost you more in the long run. If more people add addresses to the domain that your e-mail address belongs to, your renewal rate would go down. We have no way of knowing what your renewal rate will be a year from now. The exception to this is if your domain is a LEVEL 7 since that is the highest level and lowest possible price. If your e-mail address is a LEVEL 7, your renewal fee will always be $6.50.

Why are e-mail addresses cheaper just because there are more people using a domain name?

There are two reasons. First, our overhead becomes lower when multiple people use a single domain. Second, It is one of the ways we try to encourage our subscribers to refer friends to us. If you invite people to join your domain we both win. We get more subscribers and you get the referral bonus plus a lower per e-mail address price.

How do I go about renewing the subscription to my e-mail address?

One month and again two weeks before your renewal date, we will send you an e-mail reminder telling you that it is time to renew. The e-mail will contain the amount of your renewal fee and a link to a web-page with your payment options.

When will my renewal date be?

Your renewal date will be the same day of the same month as your original purchase date. If you purchased the address on the 6th of December, your renewal date will be the 6th of December. The only exception to this will be if you purchased your address on the 29th of February during a leap year. Since there won't be another February 29th for another 4 years your renewal date will be March 1st.

Is there a limit to how much bonus money I can earn for referring people to personalized-e-mail.com?

No! If you refer people to us and they purchase an e-mail address or addresses you will get 10% of their purchase price. This money can accumulate in your account to pay for renewing your address or addresses or when you reach $20.00 or more we can send the money to you at your request. There is no limit on how much you can earn in this way.
